Ekatya is dedicated to ensuring that your orders reach you in a timely, secure and cost-effective manner.
Ekatya uses reputed shipment service providers such as Fedex, Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post etc. Shipping method and charges may vary by location,
Orders are processed between 2-4 working days and are handed over to the shipping partner with tracking details made made available in your account.

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
All items purchased from Ekatya are quality checked & packed carefully with love and care. However, due to exceptional circumstances from time to time such as accidents during transportation and handling your items may be damaged during transit.
For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via contact page or email at pranaam@ekatya.com within 48 hours of your receiving your parcel. Based on individual circumstances Ektya will offer an Exchange or Refund based on our assessment and solely on our discretion.
Any item that is eligible for return has to be in its original packaging condition. Ekatya does not provide refunds or exchange for used, open box or damaged items.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customers, unless offered by Ektya and customers are responsible for ensuring the items are packed properly. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt and any sign of tampering, usage or undeclared damage shall be treated as ineligible for return.
If items are eligible for replacement, an additional shipping fee may be applicable, which will be communicated.
If a refund is applicable, the same will be processed within 2-4 working days and will be issued towards the same as your method of payment. Once issued, the same may take time to appear in your account depending upon the financial institution or service provider SOPs.
We do not offer an exchange for normal orders. If an exchange is required please return the item and place a fresh order.

Cancellations are not possible on the platform currently and once order is placed, you may reach out to us with 48 hours. If the order has not shipped then we may be able to cancel it on your behalf.
